  1. Technology is increasingly growing it’s  importance in the education sector. The more technology advances, the more benefits it provides for students at every education level.

  2. I get it, but I have to ask: Do you think we are raising a generation that can't make eye contact? Resulting in not being able to express yourself verbally, or for that matter, have a sympathetic ear to the person in front of them. Is it that they could only be comfortable expressing themselves through a computer.

  3. Technology cannot replace human interactions. People need face to face
time with others in order to flourish. Technology is a good tool but not
the silver pedagogy bullet many of its acolytes claim it is.

Much research into how people learn and retain information tells us that reading from a paper book is qualitatively different to reading off a screen. The information is not processed nor retained in the same way.

BTW this whole video is simply an advertisement.

  4. learning would be a lot harder if you did not or could not have the use technology. Technology is a part of learning in its self and learning is a part of technology

  5. Technology is great and all but I don't think that there is no replacing face to face, one on one help when you need it.

  6. One teacher can teach so many when they are using the latest technology. Students lean at different speeds. I know that when I was in school many years ago I had ADHD so it was hard to pay attention sometimes the teacher had to do things to keep me involved.

  7. I think that in the future it will be all done with computers, tablets and phones. I feel 'How can we not use the bets thing for our newer generations

  8. Whether you learn to differentiate reliable from unreliable resources on the Internet and writing emails, creating presentations are skills that students can learn in the classroom and master before graduation.

  9. 10. Technology can also help when learning practical skills by making short videos of practical demonstrations to be watched anywhere.

  11. It is generally believed that ICTs can empower teachers and learners, promote change and foster the development of 21st century skills, but data to support these beliefs are still limited. There is widespread belief that ICTs can and will empower teachers and learners, transforming teaching and learning process from highly teacher- dominated to student-centered, and that this transformation will result in increased learning gains for students, creating and allowing for opportunities for learners to develop their creativity, problem solving abilities, informational reasoning skills, communication skills, and other higher-order thinking skills. However, there are currently very limited, unequivocally compelling data to support this belief.

  12. A great help now a days …Students now wants to learned, and at the same time they also want to enjoy,..

  13. I also believe that technology is not out to replace teachers, only to aid them. Its a great help for the teachers.

  14. On the contrary, it frees them up from having to memorize dozens of monotonous facts. While they aren't memorizing those facts that they are just going to forget later, they can practice strengthening their ability to think logically and problem solve.

  15. That is where the Kindle Fire HD comes in. It has Parental Controls, so a student will not be able to download anything or use the Internet without permission. Also, reading textbooks on a tablet will be much more convenient than having to carry the actual 5 pound hardcovers.

  16. Technology does not help people it gives them an easier way to find the answer instead of actually using their brains.

  17. I personally think all smartphones should be put out of service as a phone, and bring back the Motorola Razr. I'd have no problem with that at all.

  18. Technology is hurting a lot of things. Personally, I would just stick to personal computers and cellphones that have buttons. I think using a smartphone for a cellphone is a bad idea considering that punching in numbers on a touchscreen when on the phone with a robot system is never accurate. It was much more easier when they had cellphones with actual buttons to push to give a machine a number. I will say that playing games on these smartphones and tablets is good, but that's about it.

  19. It is not good! Listen, my school was fine because they only had PCs. THEN the principal introduced iPads, it was not fun! Kids were
    Downloading games
    Playing those games during class
Going on social media sites during class ( youtube, instagram, etc)
Getting distracted with the iPads and not listening to the teacher, all this was chaotic!

Stick with the computers and books, DO NOT GET IPADS!!

    I'm warning you!

  20. Technology its good until a certain point….This days its too much….Kids are more silly, eat lot of chocolates and want an IPAD from 5 year old….Come on….I was playing hide and sick with my friends outside in the roads…Now they are speaking from IPADs hahaha

  21. I scanned some of the responses on here but I really think that's a respectable video clip. My younger brother wants to become outstanding with girls. He studied a lot from Master Attraction. (Google it.) The guidance on getting women in clubs in the emails from that website got got him his very first lustful encounters in 2 long yrs. I was pissed however coz I heard them all. Grrrr.
