In bed i wish i could of seen this video before!! im kind of new to lift training its been around 6 months and i dont know what the heck i did wrong i injured myself the other day doing a squat with weight i felt something pull in my back and from there i been in so much pain i caint get up without having pain or walk if anyone knows what i can do please help
