TEST SCORE RESULTS SHOW A CONTINUING GAP BETWEEN WHITE AND NON WHITE STUDENTS. – IT ALSO SHOWS THAT LESS THAN HALF OF STUDENTS ARE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH AND MATH.
