  1. I am very grateful to have this type of resource on YouTube. I am transitioning out of a 14 year career in public education, and needing to see what other fields and jobs actually look like. After a very long job search, coming upon this resource was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Carlos for sharing your 'corazon grande' with these young people!

  3. The book I'm reading Introduction to Human service through the eyes of practice 4th edition brought me here. What a great video. Great Job Carlos Romero working with Cultural diversity. Shut out to Rasmussen College 🙂

  4. Great video! This is exactly what I want to do after completing my degree in Human Services! It would be nice to know if this type of case management job position requires a master's.

  5. Wow,, this video is great to watch. What a good job you do Carlos Romero. I am about to begin my Diploma in Community Services Work ( case management )  I am a little apprehensive about my future placement and job,, but also excited. Thankyou

  6. Carlos Romero, your rock for the type of career you have! 😀 Making a difference is like doing gods work, keep up your positive efforts.

  7. Working in the social welfare sector in Singapore, I decided to look up more on Case Management and stumbled upon this video. Although it was not what I was looking for to solve my current problem, I thought that this was a really well shot video. This narrative-documentary style relayed to me what being a school-based Case Manager is like: Taking a holistic view of education and social support. Well done on the sharing!
