  1. THE SONG IS CALLED ''BREATHE ME'' FROM SIA..

IF YOU GOOGLE THE LYRICS U FOUND OUT: https://www.google.com.br/?gws_rd=ssl#q=help+i%27ve+done+it+again+i+have+been+here+many+times+before

  2. Whoever those 6 dislikes are … I hope you know that beauty isn't how you look, it's about how you are. This video made me cry. This is pure beauty. Thank you for making this video for all the people who don't feel beautiful. These days it's all about LOOKS and not what's inside. Thank you for reading this comment. I hope this video changes you too.

  3. Beauty is something that ugly people who are desperately launching these campaigns don't have. And this video is pure shit.Yeah, let' all be lazy, fat fucks and proud of it.Nobody likes ugly people and nothing can ever change that.

  4. great message, but get in mind these aspects, too: beyond media retouched girls images you have shown here, there are real girls (women) who really look that good (very good genes and/or working in a healthy natural way on themselves to maintain a nice, attractive look)… and why must they feel ashamed or discriminated for? another thing: physique models standard look is a historical changeable 'style' – think to a Milo Venus competing to a 'Twiggy'..

  5. good message but i don't think that burning pictures of high end models was entirely necessary. those women are beautiful, too

  6. There is a lesson here children – fire is the answer to everything. Just kidding. Thanks for this video though!

  7. I agree, as an adult I feel like I push aside the struggle that males have with their body image and put the focus more on females. Maybe this is because I am a woman, or maybe this is because there are actually healthy and powerful male images out there for men and I feel like there are fewer opportunities for young women to see positive images of females.
I think that all the time with television; "look at that guy, he's so not typical! The female equivalent of his looks would NEVER be cast."

  8. Hi ! I am Cynthia, and I am also doing visual media and the effects it has on young females for my Senior Action Project for school. Are there any recommendations for what I can use for my presentations? I will be presenting to middle schools

  9. People interested in such issues should also refer to Naomi Klein's "No Logo", the concept of "cultural jamming", and Google up street artists like Princess Hijab.

  10. This isn't about sex appeal. It's a cry against the distortion of the female body in the eyes of the media. With individuals being constantly bombarded with images of bodies and faces that simply do not exist, we are fueling an epidemic of people who literally hate their bodies.

  11. yes i agree men often feel insecure they see pics of ronaldo and ryan reynolds in calvin klien adds they are bound to be insecure

  12. If you want to read an article about this issue, and why women are more objectified than men you can search: 5 ways modern men are trained to hate women

    It's the first link.

  13. This is because men are mainly in charge of the media, and have been for as long as it has existed. I'm currently studying both the images of women in media, its evolution, and who created these images. Men are as influenced by the media as much as women are. Just in different ways.

Yes men are running the same race, but it is still more acceptable for men to appear "unattractive" than it is for women. So it is less of an issue.

  14. Please do more than pray. If you really hope for a change take action.

I am neither trying to insinuate the existence, or lack of an etherial being in this universe. But if one does exist, no matter what faith you follow, it is not going to magically swoop in and fix the way our society has evolved over time. Humanity made this problem, and humanity is responsible for fixing it.

  15. Why do women take diet pills, get plastic surgery, & obsess over appearances?

Women make these choices to appeal to the male population, and the male image of what beauty is. Which horrifyingly enough has become what many woman also define beauty as.

Why does this happen? Well, think about who mainly runs and produces these images?

The men in charge of media dictate what the ideal woman SHOULD be. And if you aren't this, here is how you become desirable to us.

    It's sick.

  16. @MusicAmidstTheTrees
yes, clearly men are responsible for how women behave. because women are not able to resist commercials, and do not have the ability for self-determination. all women can do is to conform to "mens standard of beauty" to try to make all men want to have sex with them.
You are a brilliant and insightful thinker.

  17. QUESTION. What is the video you used at 2:25. Or if anyone can tell me what that video is/or where i can find it. Im doing a film project like this and have been looking everywhere for it. HELP?

  18. @MusicAmidstTheTrees I am not trying to argue…just a simple question. If they were for men that doesn't make sense because I thought men were more into thick women and not at all into fashion??? Just a thought….can't blame it all on the men can we?

  19. It all comes down to sex appeal. Women want to be desirable, so they compete on what men want the most: looks. The industry fuels it where it can, but it's the women that are up for it in the first place.

If you are feeling worn out by this, consider that this goes both ways. Men are also in a race to increase their sex appeal by becoming what women want. The goal is different but the race is just as insane. I don't see that being brought up all the time. Why?

  20. @MusicAmidstTheTrees Sounds about right, considering the industrial world is populated by mostly men. I think the channel of absorbtion starts with women and men being given the belief of what beauty is and then woman working towards that goal, as men began to expect that goal. Afterall, most men want a trophy girlfriend to show everyone. Even if it goes against their natural desires.

  21. @MusicAmidstTheTrees Although that makes me very upset to hear I agree.. and I am a man. But I have let go entirely of any shallowness.

  22. @MusicAmidstTheTrees Women have a standard of beauty too , some women prefer dark man or pale man , some prefer muscular man with a 6 pack with less body hair and all.We are all superficial not only men .

  23. @MusicAmidstTheTrees Actually, women are worse critics – of themselves and other women – then men are. Maybe one could argue that that is a result of 100's of years of objectification by a male dominated world, but today we have the opportunity and the power to take responsibility for ourselves and change this madness. Peace, Love & Beauty to you! ๐Ÿ™‚

  24. @xxkEtchUpxx1 (CONTINUING) REALITY AND MOVING TOWARDS AN OBSCURED OR DEFRAGMENTIZED WORLD. I THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO AND MAY GOD BLESS U!!!

  25. WHAT A NICE VIDEO!!! I FEEL THAT THE GOVERNMENT, WHO IS IN CONTROL OF THE MEDIA, DOES THIS TO TRY TO CONTROL THE WORLD AND DISTRACT US FROM MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES THAT ARE HAPPENING ALL AROUND THE WORLD. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BECAUSE I SEE BEAUTY IN ALL PPL. YOUR PERSONALITY MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL AND WILL LAST FOREVER, WHILE THE COMING OF AGE WILL DESECRATE ONES PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES. IF PPL RELY ON BEAUTY TO GET THEM WHERE THEY NEED TO GO, THEY ARE DESENSITIZING

Perhaps if you didn't have a Trollface as your profile picture, I may take you a bit more seriously.
