  1. Sadly, it seems to be a part of the culture in this area. Round Rock had their own bullying issue in the news this week and my son has been bullied in an AISD school. Reports have been filed, you can have support from the school, but there are issues at the "home" level… a culture of parents who aren't involved as they should be.
