Today 2000 Subscribers gained. thanks to all subs, who gave their love. we’ll come to you with good videos. best water dispenser for home Please keep support like this. the video i bring in front of you is about Drinking Water Cooler. how can you make drinking water cooler from peltier. very good benefit of this where electricity load shedding happening. or where electricity is low. you can run it on 12V, or from solar panel. you can run on 12V battery. it has no high load so your battery will not damage. if you do any party. you can run on car battery. now we start to make it, how can we make it. and which items required. Let’s Start. which items required to make water cooler. first we need empty water cooler. total empty. need open mouth cooler like this. if you purchase close mouth cooler then water cooling pot will not go inside. then you need sliver pot. you can purchase from ordinary crockery market. we use silver pot because it cool quickly. if we use steel then it take time. we use this and fix in the cooler. you can see it can be fixed in cooler. take pot size that fit in it. then you need heat sink you can purchase from computer shop big or small. i’ll use one of them which is best for this. then you need water cooler tap. in common language we called it ” Tonti ” we use this to water come out. we have to install on cooler and make hole for this in pot. then cold water come out. then we need peltier module. as you can see these are 2 peltier module. these are different models. this is 12706 model. this is 12710 model. use any of them. size same. just difference in cooling. 12706 take low ampere from 12710. we use which have good cooling. now we have to do fitting. then i’ll tell you how i fit this. now let’s start fitting. we have to fit pot in cooler. we have to put like this. to fit this first we make a hole here. make hole to the pot. then tap fit on direct to pot. make mark on the pot. as you can see now make mark here. now we got correct mark on pot. make a hole on pot. then pass through the tap. we have to make hole the size on tap. we did hole. then make a hole on cooler. we have to make hole to fit heat sink at bottom. make mark the size of heat sink like this at center. i make mark now cut the mark area. ♫♫ Drill Sound ♫♫ i did 4 holes on corner mark area. now i cut remaining with jigsaw. we cut with help of jigsaw. ♫♫ Jigsaw Sound ♫♫ we make hole on it. now fit heat sink in it. first attach peltier module on heat sink. then fit in our cooler. for this purpose i’ll use 12710 model. this is hot side and this is cold. first i apply paste the attach. we apply the paste. apply properly if you didn’t apply properly then peltier will not work good. so apply paste properly. we have to make 2 holes on heat sink then cable pass through holes. we did holes. pass though cable s from holes. we made this perfect. now fit with the silver pot. first fit that. the hole i make it in pot. put holes in front of cooler hole and tight the tap. put out one rubber. fit tap properly. now tight the rubber so water cannot be leak. tight the tap nut. we tight the nut. tight maximum as you want so water will not leak. second side of pot is loose. we will cover it. benefit of cover is that it’ll not loose anymore. to cover this we use styro foam. this is styro foam. we cut the piece that fits in cooler. i’ll cut the pieces that i need. i put inside the cooler. benefit of this it’ll make tight pot in cooler. and cooling also preserve. we put all around styro foam. pot and cooling will be hold and strong. now we have to put peltier module. we have to put peltier like this, so it should touch with the pot. when peltier touch the pot then water will be cool. to touch this we apply paste on it. after apply paste i’ll put inside like this. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ now i attach this with pot. now i seal it with silicon glue rod. you can seal with glue gun like this. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ now i seal the heat sink with cooler strong. after that i’ll close the two sides of heat sink with styro foam. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ benefit of this is that air flow will be go on one side. air will not divide on different areas. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ now we attach foam on two sides of heat sink. now attach fan with it. we need any type of computer fan. you have to take fan like this who have little blue sensor like this. this is heat sensor. https://coldhotwater.com/best-water-coolers-reviews/ when heat sink hot more then this fan will work more. heat sink cool quickly. no need to attach extra circuit with fan, fan will be automatically work with heat. this type of fan is good for this project. now fit fan with heat sink. don’t fit fan straight like this. heat sensor will not get hot air, so fan work on normal speed. fit opposite like this when fan suck hot air then sensor work on heat. fit fan like this. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ fit fan properly so it’ll not loose from anywhere. after this hard work no damage will happened. fit fan strong and properly. after fit cooler look like this. this suck air from back side. cold air suck from back side. hot air pass through heat sink and touch with sensor. sensor control fan with the heat amount. after that we have to do wiring. for wiring you can see three wires of fan. we have to use 2 cables, we cut the yellow cable. fan red joint with peltier red, black joint with peltier black cable. cut the yellow cable. now red and black remaining. joint cable red with red, black with black. combine all and apply glue on it. so my cables not tight and damage. now i joint red with red, black with black properly. now prepare base where this cooler will stand. i cut already this square piece. this foam i’ll fit on back side like this. i’ll use little more piece to fit here to make strong stand. now i’ll put more foam like this. for the time being i made the simple base so cooler can stand on this. you can prepare the base with iron or plastic good stylish. now make straight like this. now our cooler stand on his base. now we turned on and see it’ll work or not. we use digital temp meter to monitor the cool water temp. now i put senor of digital temp in pot. now i put simple temp water in it, then you can see the real temp of water in pot. now i attach digital temp with cooler. now you can see it is 33.2 c. water didn’t put yet, it’s a room temp. now put water and see temp. i put water in pot. i’ll turned on this with supply. now it’s turned on and you can hear the voice. water in the pot and also sensor. this time temp is 31.33 c. when heat increase fan work more. supply attached and fan is working. as you can see temp is coming down. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ now i put cap on cooler so water cool quickly. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ temp came down up to 18.3 c. it’ll come down continuously, so turned on this for some more time. we run this one hour more then we see what is the temp. ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ ♫♫ Royalty Free Music Playing ♫♫ temp came down on 9.8c. you can make water cooler like this. let’s see how much water cool. as you can see water is too much cold now. temp is 9.8c. you can make water cooler like this at home. if you want you can take out water from it. we put out water and see it’s cool or not. now i take water out and you can see cold water in this steel glass. ♫♫ Water Drop Sound ♫♫ you can see line so i’s mean cold water is here. water is cold, now i fill more water. you can see easily coldness of water. coldness came more on this steel glass. now i’ll touch with hand and show you it’s cold or not. see friends. you can see humidity on steel glass imagine that how much water is cool. and temp is coming down to 7.8 c. this is too much cold water, you can cold water at home like this.   9. Bhaiya, as ye ek chota ice box type hein. Toh kya ye temperature hold kar payega agar humne isko ek certain temperature reach karne ke bad band kar diya toh?
    Ye ek confusion mera apke har video mein ho raha hein. Baka apka idea sab bohut hi accha hein.

    Lekin mera ek hi confusion hein, ke kisi bhi ice box mein, man lijiye apka wo jo 4 water cooler heat sink ka unit hein, 40mm x 120mm ka, wo agar humne water cooler ke sath bhi bahar ke taraf aur ek heat sink or fan rakkha atleast 80mm ka, aur peltier ke cold side par bhi andar ke taraf agar same 80mm x 80mm x 40mm heat sink and fan fit kiya aur jo pani heatsink hote huye ja raha hein jo garam ho jayega 3 hours to 4 hours bad, usko agar ek chota peltier 6amps wale ke sath hot side pe air cooled radiator aur cold side pe 40mm x 40mm heat sink se le jau us garam pani ko wo toh thanda ho kar laute ka phir se pump mein jo thanda pani abhi agae main water colled heatsink mein gaya 40mm x 120mm wale mein toh wo toh aur thanda kar payega usko…

    toh 4 peltier modules will be more cooler and the issue of water getting heated up after a couple of while wil also be reduced.

    is it possible for such a system to work for several hours and if we switch off the sytem will the ice box hold the cool temperature inside?

  11. Thanks for the video. Lekin bhai ap Temperature Sensor ko Water Tank ki Teh se uper karke Temperature batao kya ata hai? Ye jo 7-degree bataraha hai wo isliye hai q k Water Tank ki Teh se Peltier chipka hua hai aur wo area hamesha zyada thanda rehta hai baqi areas ke banisbat jis ki waja se ye Peltier ka Temperature bata raha hai na k Pani ka actual Temperature. Ap Glass k pani ka Temperature bhi batado kya araha hai? Ye mere andaze se 15-degrees tak hoga. Mai ye isliye pooch raha hoon k Peltier Modules buht he small area mai kaam karta hai aur Mai similar Experiment karna chah raha hoon jis mai sealed water tank mai taqreeban 10-Litre pani ko max kitna cool kia ja sakta hai mera targeted temp hai 10-degree tak lekin 10706 and 12710 dono fail hochuke hai q k ye zyada se zyada ~18-degree tak ja raha hai (continuously operating for ~4.5 hours on 12v 24amps power supply). Ab 12715 and last 25Amps tak ka Peltier module try karne ja raha hoon agar wo bhi fail hua to phir Peltier mere kaam ka nahin hai.
