  1. What was she supposedly so "frightened"? That her kid was too stupid to pass her ACTs? She should've got a solid 6 month stay in county and 1yr probation.thats a fair sentence along with say,a 50,000$ fine.

  2. Omg Kelly William's the black mom was also convicted of drug dealing and prostitution…AND ended up with LESS time than Huffman. The black mom Never was charged for getting her kid into a better HIGH school. Leftist liars at work again.

  3. The black chick wasn't paying taxes in the school district that she wanted her kids to attend. You don't mess with the tax man. But of course the media wants to turn this into a race thing. Different crimes.

  4. 14 days? Meanwhile the investigation, court, prosecution cost taxpayers millions of dollars. She should at least be forced to pay us back.

  5. 🚨MAGA: MANIPULATIVE GREEDY AMERIKKKLAN AGENDA! 🚡

🚡A COUNTRY OF DESCENDENTS OF THIEVES, RAPISTS & MURDERERS AND THE APPLES FALL UNDER THE TREE AND LIVE IN THE RESTRICTED, SEGREGATED, ELITIST GROVES!
    PERIOD!

🚨🚨WHAT ABOUT THE ACCOMPLICES? AIDING AND ABETTING? ACCESSORY? EXCEPTING BRIBES? FALSIFYING DOCUMENTS? 😒🚨🚨

🚨🚨🚨NOT ONLY THAT ONE BLACK MOTHER SPOKE OF WAS INCARCERATED BUT TANYA DOWELL AND MANY OTHER INDIGENOUS MOTHERS WHO ARE RAILED ROADED BY A TYRANNICAL, RACIST, FASCIST, CORRUPT, WHITE MALE MADE AND PERPETUATED, WICKED AND HATE FILLED SYSTEM!!!🚨🚨🚨

    ✅CALL IT WHAT IT IS!
RACIST, MANIACAL, PSYCHOPATHIC, INBRED, SELF PRESERVATION & TERRORISM FOR THE REST!!✅

  6. The punishment should not just fit the crime, with non-violent crimes, the punishment should fit the pocketbook. 💸💸💸

P.S. She thinks there is no paparazzi in prison! That is the least of her concerns. Everything she has in prison will be a commodity.

  7. Give homosexual a death penalty if the feds are homosexual give it to them god is hetrosexual satan is homosexual get it if they complain go to war they're in u.s soil

  8. These people didn't just fail as parents….the justice system failed us all..im a no body white guy..im sure i would have pulled five years..not just people of "color" none rich and famous….smollett should be pulling time right now…if he was poor…….he would be

  9. Why is ANYONE surprised???? The rich get a pass, the rest of the suckers end up in prison for YEARS and YEARS! Some young teacher got 20 years behind bars for slamming some young boy!!! WOW! The system is completely corrupt!

  10. she allegedly proved she could bribe the school and the judge and DA. I hate to hear she got special treatment, she allegedly got what she paid for.

  11. im very uneducated in all this

but in my opinion, as much as it is about the parents, the sentence they get (14 days) i think thats fair

because just think of the kids lol

now everyone knows the kid was paid to get in and nothing special lol

  12. In other REAL news!
    https://www.wbur.org/npr/450546542/lawsuits-target-debtors-prisons-across-the-country

Civil rights lawyers are using a new strategy to change a common court practice that they have long argued unfairly targets the poor.

At issue is the way courts across the country sometimes issue arrest warrants for indigent people when they fall behind on paying court fees and fines owed for minor offenses like traffic tickets. Last year, an NPR investigation showed that courts in all 50 states are requiring more of these payments. Now attorneys are aggressively suing cities, police and courts, forcing reform.

  13. In 2013, District Judge Doug Smith, who is still a seated judge, was removed from a case by the Nevada Supreme Court for setting a defendant’s bail at $1 million after leaving the defendant, Juan Delgado Perez, in jail for fifteen days without bail in order to punish him for having an “attitude” during court.

  14. 14 days in prison, 30k fine 1y parole and 250hrs or community service. That isnt terrible. Most people are only focusing on the days.

  15. Doesn't everyone know, by now, that money is the great equalizer and can settle ANY form of debt in capitalism? Fairness, justice, and law is on a sliding scale depending on demographics. Of course, John gives his pardon to soften the blow becuase he is in the club of the elite. Eventually, everyone will learn how the game is played and will no longer want to participate after understanding that they have lost from the start.

  16. The more money you have, the better off you will be in all situations because our laws favor and cater to the rich.

  17. Rich white woman cheats in order to her child into a nice college. Rich white man (Trump) cheats the government to get $150,000 meant for small business owners hurt by the 9/11 attacks. Is Reverse racism really a big problem in America ?

  18. Huffmans guilty plea needs harsher sentence than 14 days. Just doesn’t compare to a homeless mom just wanting the same education for 5 year old child. This is not right. Is there a companionate Governor to give mother of son clemency with no fines or community service? What about it Kim Kardashian, is this mother worth fighting for to get equality in justice verses wealthy parents cheating scandals?

  19. This has been in the news for over a week! …I don't get why its even a story… it ended as expected, a few days in a locked hotel suite… and supposedly a fine….did the kid get kicked out of the school she cheated to get into?? I have not heard about that part??

  20. Lmfao!!! I like how in every video I've seen of Felicity's two week prison sentence Lori Laughlin is mentioned. It's like they're reminding Lori that her dumb self is gonna end up behind bars for a good, long while. Lol. 😂.

  21. And the black woman gets 5 years for using her fathers address!!!

Yes it was cut to ten days… but imagine the terror of facing the original sentence??!! Her choice was to save her child from a dangerous neighborhood… not just college bragging rights.

Felicity did plead guilty though and take responsibility. Do we really need a pint of her blood? I’d say a larger fine would hit her harder. Plus she should have to pay for an underprivileged kid to go to the same college!

Lori Laughlin should get serious jail time for thinking she’s above it all! Her husband too! They’re soo used to getting their way! They need a dose of reality! Say 2-4 years each in a prison that’s not spa-like! They should also pay for two other kids to go to USC!! I’m really more interested in seeing what happens with these two winning parents.

  22. She plead guilty, paid fines, going to do some community work… I see this as a sentence to a minor crime as a first sentence. Even assault (example bar fight) as a first offence (depending on severity) can land you in jail for 2 weeks. The point of sentencing isn't to torture the guilty party. It's to make steps to fix something you did. Everyone deserves second chances. The lady who got 5 years for using the father address… I'm sorry. But that's not justice to begin with. Especially if the father is 1 of 2 legal guardians. Glad to hear she got only 10 days as well. If Trump wants to do something useful with his pardon… he should pardon that lady.

  23. Another joke of our political system. The wealthy have been funding buildings, scholarships, land deals for years for their offspring to entered in college yet everyone wants to chastise these two small contributors. Yes, I think this is just as illegal but why now? Why these nothing individuals? Also, with looming war, increasing drug trafficking, increasing terrorism, mass killings, we are concerned with these petty crimes? You can thank your elected political figures that you keep reelecting these idiots. But then again who are the idiots, the politicians or the voters? Do you vote for progress or regress, positive or negative, love or hate?

  24. I don’t understand why the African American was sentenced so much at first or even at all. It could have been easily corrected and could have affected a child’s life

  25. Seriously, someone dedicated years of their life to expose these scums, and they are getting away with 14 days vacation time in prison, American justice system is outdated asf

  26. This woman 👩 aid for her children to get into a College that they didn’t qualify for taking the opportunity from someone who was more than qualified
Compared to the mom who just wanted her kids to go to a good school and got 5 years

  27. Yet if you smoke a little weed you can get thrown into jail for years. What a joke. Being a white female continues to be the best deal you can get.

  28. No justice! Is this real? People get more time for less! A woman uses her father's address for her children which should of never been brought on charges. However this privilege scammer cheats on the SAT for a child who obviously is not smart enough!? At this point, if your money has not paid for the best schools, the best tutors, the best opportunities it's a loss babe!

  29. Tanya McDowell, a homeless woman, was sentenced to five years in jail for using her friend’s address to send her kindergarten aged student to a decent public school. She wanted to give her child an EQUAL head start. There were two dozen other people who were doing what she did. Yet, she is losing the ability to be with her child.

Meanwhile, Felicity Huffman is sentenced to 14 days. Justice. It not equal and it’s not blind. It never has been.

There should be a movement to change the way public schools are funded.

The “justice” system needs to overhauled by the people and for the people by voting, by an organized movement.

  30. Everyone commenting on this situation to cause division need to. Watch this. All of this is created to cause division. Here is the truth in this video. https://youtu.be/pOazE22Bp10

  31. Everyone commenting on this situation to cause division need to. Watch this. All of this is created to cause division. Here is the truth in this video. https://youtu.be/pOazE22Bp10

  32. Yet homeless people vandalize, do drugs, loiter, steal , etc… Yet the law doesn't do anything to them but we get traffic violations and we pay their salaries threw taxes yet we are punish by the law yet the rich and homeless people get away with everything

  33. "Tony Jack of the Harvard Graduate School of Education is the author of The Privileged Poor: How Elite Colleges Are Failing Disadvantaged Students: "Oh you only paid $15,000 so you should get 15 days. Well, you paid $6.8 million, well you should get five years.' They all did the exact same thing," Jack says. "If this was a drug case, they would do a RICO charge so quickly because they don't care that you were the top dog or the corner boy, they would want you in jail for as long as possible."

  34. And the moral of the story ;
If you wish to commit a crime, without doing the time,
first, become either a celebrity, politician, or law enforcement officer.

  35. Aa a proud fierce white American, this verdict kinda upsets me..I dont feel jails were built for our courageous white queens…but the media had to give the peasants their pound of flesh..SMH
