Critical Thinking – Tradd Salvo



I think what makes you know someone coming into to an agency or interviewing for an agency more useful is their understanding they're like critical thinking like anyone can teach a skill like Python or sequel or something like that those are easy to teach but the hard thing is understanding you know how to solve a problem and the steps that it would take so that fundamental critical thinking is what everyone is really looking for right now and understanding you know the role that data plays because rote data doesn't really like answer it helps you answer a question but it doesn't do all the work and you know understanding how you put you know systems in place and use data to solve a problem and you inherently understand you know the overarching goal of that campaign and use your critical thinking to do that it's it's that's really what's valuable to agencies
